Unpleasant Experience Results from Poor Sportsmanship.

Obviously one or more visitors to the La Russell Access Point decided to clean their fish on site and dispose of the fish carcass on the La Russell Access point. The result is that every guest that came after them, has to deal with the smell and the mess. Not only were some of the fish carcass left on the access point, others were thrown in the water. Is this vandalism? If you know who did this, please call the Missouri Conservation Department or Jasper County Sheriff's Department.
